Can I choose my own AD-Tracker numbers ?

No. In order to keep costs and hence prices to an absolute minimum, the system is completely automated. This means you will be assigned the next number(s) off of the computers - whatever it (they) might be.

How many AD-Tracker numbers can I have ?

There is no limit to how many AD-Tracker 0800 numbers you can have and so the best option is have as many 0800 numbers as you have adverts. This allows you to gather the full information on which adverts work and which don't. The low cost of line rental - £2 per month - will be saved many times over as it will allow you to identify advertising that doesn't work.

We have lots of telephone extensions in our offices - will AD-Tracker still work ?

Yes. It doesn't matter how many phones extensions you have internally - as all calls arriving at your local exchange via your AD-Tracker freephone numbers are logged.

How long does it take to get my AD-Tracker 0800 numbers ?

When you apply online for your AD-Tracker 0800 number(s) you will be sent a confirmation of your order via the post (for improved security). You need to sign the direct debit and return it in the envelope provided. When your completed application has been received back, your 0800 number will be allocated and tested. You will then be notified by post of your AD-Tracker 0800 number(s). The whole process therefore takes in the region of 7-10 days.

Are there any hidden charges ?

There are no set up fees, cancellation fees or annual charges - you simply pay £2 per month for the line rental and the incoming call charges.

How do we provide such a great service at such a low price ?

Simply by bulk buying and keeping our costs low. The more customers we have, the lower the supply price. Basically by buying bulk capacity from the main network providers, our suppliers negotiate incredibly low prices. Being associated with a British PLC listed on the London Stock Market also helps with buying power.

Because the system is automated, we have very small overheads - and this is reflected in the prices. We want everyone to have an AD-Tracker 0800 number, and we will only achieve that if we can clearly show the benefit to cost ratio is in our customers favour.

Can AD-Tracker numbers be diverted to mobile phones ?

All AD-Tracker 0800 numbers must be targeted to fixed landline numbers i.e. numbers beginning 01.... or 02...... However, it is generally possible to divert your fixed landline number to your mobile and thus your 0800 number will also be diverted to your mobile. In order to set this facility up, you need to contact your landline telephone service provider. E.g. BT sales on 150 (residential) or 152 (business) and ask for "call divert". Generally the cost is around £4.50 per quarter.

If I move business or change my landline number - is it easy to change my AD-Tracker target number ?

Simply notify us if you are moving offices or if you want to change the target landline number of your AD-Tracker 0800 number. You will have full contact details on each monthly statement. The process is not complicated - just give us a call and the number will normally be ported within 48 hours.

Am I tied in for a fixed contract period ?

Unlike many of our competitors, you are not tied in with a 12 month contract with our AD-Tracker 0800 numbers - simply give 30 days notice and you will no longer have to pay the £2 per month line rental.

Do I have to pay monthly by direct debit ?

Yes. We can only offer these incredibly low prices by collecting call payments and line rental automatically from your bank account by direct debit. You will receive your statement around the middle of the month and payment will be request at the end of each month.

Why are new customers asked to deposit £10 onto their account ?

Because we accept orders online, one way we check a customer exists and has the ability to pay is to request an initial £10 to be deposited onto their account. This is immediately refunded on the first monthly statement and appears as a £10 call credit. It helps us stamp out fraudulent applications which in turn helps keep our prices low for all our customers.

Can I order my AD-Tracker numbers over the phone ?

Yes you can - but we don't encourage it. We prefer orders to be placed online as this keeps our costs and hence our prices down. Please only call your orders through by phone if you cannot place an order online.

I am a Sole Trader and only have a residential phone line - can I still use an AD-Tracker freephone number ?

Yes. Unlike BT's 0800 numbers which only work with business phone lines, our 0800 freephone numbers will work on both residential and business phone lines.
